The initial training workshop provides the skills necessary to initiate an  IFKA program.  This is the first step towards full IFKA certification.

The intermediate clinic, for which the workshop is a prerequisite, provides additional training on the mechanics of the program, plus essential physiological and bio-mechanical knowledge. This will complete the second step towards IFKA certification.

The advanced clinic, for which the intermediate clinic is a prerequisite, provides additional training in the program, plus advanced elements of choreography.

An evaluation and test seminar will follow, and on graduation, instructors will be issued a graduate diploma, with credit towards IFKA certification. The IFKA has developed this program in collaboration with Rodrigo Navarrete who will conduct the training, and other fitness kickboxing experts in order to offer an authentic opportunity for the certification of instructors that want to teach fitness kickboxing as an aerobic exercise or circuit training routine.
